Roasted garlic potatoes
1.5 lbs small red potatoes
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375.  Chop potatoes, mince garlic.  In 9x13
roasting pan, toss potatoes and remaining ingredients.

Roast about 1 hr. stirring occasionally.
