Rice, Corn, and Cheese Casserole 3 cups cooked brown or white rice (1 c. raw) 2 cups corn kernels 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 c. grated sharp cheddar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. black pepper paprika Combine all ingredients except paprika. Pour ingredients ito a grease 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
