Mandelbred 6 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 cups vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. almond extract Mix well. 2 cups flour miexed with 1 tbsp baking powder and 2 tsp salt. Add to batter and beat. Add 5 cups flour gradually. Makes stiff batter. Mix till smooth. Add small package of chocolate chips. Put on two greased ookie sheets. Smooth down until they are even. Bak at 350 for 25 minutes. Take out, slice diagonally. Toast on each side until brown (5 minutes at 325).
