Carrots in Brown Sugar Glaze Peel one lb. carrots and cut into thick slices. Melt 1/4 cup margarine in sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Stir until sweetened. Add carrots, stir and cover. Cook on low, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender (about 1/2 hour).
