Blond Brownies In a large saucepan, melt 2/3 c. margarine. Remove from heat. Add 2 c. packed brown sugar. Stir until smooth. Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla. Stir until well blended. Mix 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp. salt. Add and stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 c. chocolate chips or raisins. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
